I have been a runner for many years. Monday I had an accident at the track- falling and hurting my shoulder-OUCH! What happened?  I got DISTRACTED!  A cute little boy was on the running track attempting to ride a bike-smiling, waving, and wobbling toward me.  I smiled back, waved and at the same time took my eyes off the running course in an attempt not to collide with the bike. At that moment my shoe hit the uneven pavement and catapulted me through the air-SPLAT!  Just as…..
